Import-Export Warehouse Procedures at TTA Logistics

Goods Import Process
Goods import involves managing raw materials and finished goods.

1. Plan Importing Materials:
   Departments requiring raw materials notify relevant teams to update schedules and allocate personnel.

2. Inspection and Verification:
   The warehouse keeper checks quantities and quality against orders or requests. Any damages are recorded and reported.

3. Create Import Vouchers:
   Once inspections are complete, documents are passed to accounting for verification and import voucher issuance.

4. Complete the Import Process:
   Goods are placed in designated areas, and information is updated in the warehouse management system.

Goods Export Process

1. Request Goods Export:
   Employees submit an export request when goods are needed.

2. Check Inventory:
   Accounting verifies stock availability. If goods are insufficient, they notify the requester.

3. Create Export Vouchers:
   Export requests are sent to accounting, which generates export vouchers and hands them to the warehouse keeper.

4. Export Goods:
   The warehouse keeper releases goods based on the voucher.

5. Update Records:
   Export data is recorded in the warehouse system and updated in accounting records.
